If you prefer not to use Eurostar, or just want to travel reminiscent of the “good old days”, why not take the train and ship connection to Paris? We are the only travel agency that still sells these tickets.

You begin your journey in London, (although we can also arrange travel from all other UK rail stations too), and travel to Dover by South Eastern Trains. From here you transfer by bus to the docks from where you continue your journey by ship. As you depart go up on deck and you will get a beautiful view of the famous White Cliffs of Dover as you leave. On arrival at the port of Calais on the French coast, you transfer to the railway station in the town and, by way of Boulogne, travel the traditional route to Paris.

The beauty of these tickets is that, not only are the fares the same the whole year round, but you can break your journey anywhere on the route of the ticket so, for example, if you wanted to spend a few hours, or even a few nights, in Boulogne or Amiens on the way through, you can do so.
